Plot Numbers

Plot Numbers determine the order in which the categories get scheduled during automatic scheduling.

There are seven Plot Number buttons labeled Mon-Sun.  Each one is either red or green.  A day that is red indicates the selected category does not have a plot number on that day.  A day that is green indicates that the selected category does have a plot number and will be scheduled on that pass for that day.

Rearranging

To rearrange the plot numbers of the categories within a day click on a category and use drag and drop to move it up or down the list, or click the Up or Dn button at the top of the local toolbar.

Deactivating a Category

A deactivated category gets NA instead of a plot number.  To deactivate a category in any given day, click on the category then click the Deactivate button.

Activating a Category

To reactivate a category in any given day, click on the category then click the Unique Number button.  This gives the category the next unused plot number.

To give a category the same plot number as the category above it, click on the category to be changed then click the Above Number button.

To give a category the same plot number as the category below it, click on the category to be changed then click the Below Number button.

Copy Plot Numbers

It is possible to set up one day and copy the plot number order to all other days of the week.  Press Copy to complete this action.
