Library History Grid

Powergold offers the ability to display a vast array of historical information about the selected song.

History Grid Legend

Song history can be viewed from a number of different perspectives over a range of user definable days. These include tabs for:

Song
Artist Display Text
Artist Separation
Keyword
Composer
Property
Research
Title
User-Defined (Change definition using the Select Field button)

Colorful history grid overlays are available for a quick reference to some of the other grids. These are:

Time Period Grid, uses colors defined in the Time Periods edit window.
Show Grid, uses colors defined in the Show Grid edit window.
Block Programming Grid, uses colors defined in the Block Programming edit window.
Policy Grid, uses colors defined in the Policy edit window.
No Repeat Grid, highlights the hours selected in the No Repeat grid.

Within the Music Library there are a number of user selectable options for range of dates to display:

Grid Starts X# of days from Today’s Date – Displays the history grid from a user assignable number of days prior to the current date through the last scheduled date for the selected element.
Grid Starts X# of days from last Scheduled Date – Displays the history grid from a user assignable number of days prior to the last scheduled day through the last scheduled date for the selected element.
And a user definable date range allowing to choose the start and end dates to view.

The options from the Grid Settings button permits the user to choose several useful grid settings:

Indicate weekends will highlight Saturday and Sunday giving a quick reference over the weeks.
Choose to Hide Blank Days to see only the days a song is scheduled in the history grid.
Choose between the use of colors on the History tabs or not.

Other features available from the history grid include the ability to view:

Song Movement History
Song Edit History (Records the changes to the Song Information Card by user)
Song Movement History (Actual Play – History Based)

Category Population History

Folder History
Folder Population History

Packet History
Packet Population History
